The Teacher
Going along with your teacher preferences ( as long as they are not morally wrong) need not be that bad or difficult, for as long as you study your lessons and observe the basic rules. Be nice to a hard of hearing
teacher, for example, in asking her to repeat certain points in her lecture or asking her any question. Check your grammar, spelling, dates, appropriateness of your school materials, punctuality, decorum, and other details about which she is meticulous. If she is bookish, sharpen your memory so you can store more facts into it and win her favor. You may derail the story-teller teacher gently from her tales by means of polite reminders. Give the tired teacher a few minutes to cool her heels and the business minded teacher, her computations for the day. You are not responsible for their distinct brands of personality. You are simply blending with them for the purpose of getting good grades, not trying to change them or opposing their ways. But always remain beyond reproach to them.
Greet the fashionable teacher, the strict teacher and the story teller as often and the same way you greet the tired teacher, the very old teacher and th businesswoman-teacher. In other words, have no definite inclination as to whom to obey, greet or help. Do what you have to do each day in class, regardless of how your teacher perceives people and events around her. this does not mean bootlicking or patronizing. It means flexibility and the effective students is flexible, his mind ever attuned to that one objective of turning into an effective student.
