Machines, equipment, facilities and tools require step-by-step procedures to operate. Cooking menus, sewing clothes, assembling or dismantling a structure, constructing or repair, and the completion of a task involve detailed steps that must be displayed in their proper order. Your next lesson may be one of these things and your teacher assigns you to show the class how one such equipment, tool or item is operated or assembled. Or how a certain task or activity is performed. Your updated encyclopedia will be of definite help. Your teacher will tell you how to secure the material if it is not a common house item. You have to give a little background of the item before proceeding to its contents and procedure of operation. If what you are assigned or volunteered to demonstrate is something new to everyone, you may have to go to the producer or distributor who will be glad to give you all the information materials you need to promote their product, including a sample itself.
